The receptionist was kind and understanding and made my appointment easily. I was seated in the dental chair quickly and was greeted by the dental assistant. She was warm and friendly. Dr. Kwak introduced herself and was attentive to my situation and gave me all the options. Due to Dr. Kwak’s excellent training and talent in prosthodontics, my treatment was painless and resolved. I was referred to Dr. Kwak by my dentist for restorative issues and Dr. Kwak went beyond my expectations! Dr. Kwak is a professional and a brilliant dentist. She genuinely cares about her patients! am grateful for ending up in her chair!

I would never say I like dentistry but having someone create a thoroughly congenial working atmosphere certainly takes the sting out. This, Dr.Kwak does. It is a rare combination, top-flight technical know-how, unusually creative problem-solving skills and ease of manner. I feel grateful to have found her.

Dr. Kwak has been both an extremely skillful and exceptionally warm and friendly professional in the extensive dental prosthetic work she has provided me (and my mouth was a tough case). She is genuine in her interactions and inspires confidence in the way she works. She also is able to give injections with minimum pain! I have recommended her to others and will continue to rely on her for my care.
